The Boulevard Tennis Club, a property south of the Gardiner Expressway, situated on the lake, hosts a tennis tournament each year for members as a fundraiser that pays for a community breakfast for one morning for homeless people living in Parkdale, a neighbourhood on the north side of the Gardiner Expressway.
